Conversional Designer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a talented and creative Conversational Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients and internal team to design intuitive and effective conversational flows for AI models such as ChatGPT, Bard, and MidJourney.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and optimization of conversation flows for AI models.
2. Collaborate with AI trainers and consultants to ensure models developed meet customer needs.
3. Conduct user research and testing to continuously improve the user experience.
4. Develop best practices and guidelines for framing conversations.
5. Provide technical support and training to customers and team members as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, linguistics, or related field.
2. Proven experience in designing conversational flows, preferably for AI models.
3. Strong knowledge of user research and usability testing.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
